(Though my original title was Five or Six Incidents, which title the publisher discouraged.)
Where did the idea come from for the book?
It came from my experiences with ghosts.

It’s an untidy mix of poetry, essay, and memoir.

What is the one sentence synopsis of your book?
Being haunted is the result of being so abraded by life conditions that one becomes porous and the ghosts can come in.
How long did it take you to write the book?
It was written in bits and pieces over a number of years; I discarded things, brought them back. Finally, I sewed the parts together.
Who or what inspired you to write this book?
A number of ghosts and the need for exorcism.
What else about your book might pique the reader’s interest?
The fact that ghosts are real.
Will your book be self-published or represented by an agency?
